Shipping

Shipping & Lead Time

Every piece from Crazy Pug Woodworking is made to order with care, which means a little extra time goes into getting it just right.​

Lead Time (Build Time)
Most orders take 1–3 weeks to build before they ship, depending on the item and current order volume. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes. For larger or custom pieces, we’ll confirm a timeline before we get started.

Shipping & Tracking
All orders are securely packaged and shipped with tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Delays

If something slows us down, we won’t leave you guessing—we’ll reach out with an update and options.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t chase down packages sent to the wrong place (even if we wanted to 🐶).

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3–5 days with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

Returns & Refunds

Because each piece is built specifically for you, we don’t offer traditional returns—but we always stand behind our work.

Made-to-Order Items

All items are made to order and are not eligible for return or refund once production begins.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake.

Cancellations
  • Cancel within 24 hours of purchase—no problem

  • After that (or once we’ve started building), cancellations aren’t possible

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right, reach out within 3–5 days with photos and your order number. We’ll repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.

Natural Wood Variations

Wood has character—grain, knots, and color will vary from piece to piece. That’s part of what makes your item one-of-a-kind, not a defect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Square.

Payments

All payments are securely processed through Square.

We never store or see your full payment details—just the good stuff (your order).

Payment Terms
  • Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise arranged

  • Custom orders require a 50% deposit before we start building

For custom work, we may send a Square estimate first, followed by an invoice once everything is approved.

No payment = no sawdust flying.

Approval

Please review everything carefully before approving. Once we start building, changes may not be possible (or may require extra time and cost).

Deposits

Custom projects may require a non-refundable deposit.

Handmade Nature

Every piece is built by hand, so small variations are part of the process—and part of the charm.

Privacy

We only collect what we need to get your order to you and keep things running smoothly, including:

  • Name

  • Contact info

  • Shipping details

  • Order info

Payments are handled securely through Square.

We don’t sell or share your information—period.

General Terms

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order

  • Product photos are representative—each piece will have its own character
